Wednesday, June 15^th (Day 1)

7:30 AM Meet at Stake Center (with sack lunch and water bottle)

7:40 Equipment vehicles (water buffalo, and PP tow vehicles) travel to Deseret Land and Livestock, get trained on duties, hook up trailers, set up company color flags, garbage cans, etc.

Estimated 9:15 arrival

7:30-8:00 Morningside as a group

8:00-8:20 Bathroom break, Load up cars

8:20-10:00 Travel to Deseret Land and Livestock

Estimated 9:45 arrival

10:00-12:00 Rotations

1. company/family split/pictures

2. equipment/retrieve/load handcart

3. break (restrooms)

4. get to know you activities (in family group)

5. Lunch (brought from home)

12:00-2:30 Trail (5 miles) – Orange, Blue, Green, Yellow

2:30-3:00 Break (snack/restroom)

3:00-5:00 Trail (2.1 miles) - Vignettes

5:00-5:30 Equipment pick-up (All Companies)

5:30-6:30 Dinner

6:30-7:00 Family Time (Family Banners)

6:30-7:00 Company Captain/Staff Meeting – Review of the Day

7:00-9:00 Group Pioneer Games/Activities/ Free Time

Tents Up

9:00-10:00 Family Devotionals (10-15 min any time during this time)

10:00 Bugle - “Lights Out” (In tents)

10:30- 11:00 Men’s Devotional (Stake Presidency)

10:45-12:00 Women’s Pull (1.6 miles)

12:00-1:15 Break/Restroom/Lunch

12:15-3:00 Trail (3.5 miles) – Vignettes

3:00-5:00 Equipment pick-up (All Companies)

Tents up

5:00-6:00 Dinner

6:00-6:30 Family Time

6:00-6:30 Company Captain Meeting/Staff Meeting

6:30-7:00 Pony Express / Youth Solo Time

7:30 Testimony Meeting

9:30-10:00 Family Devotionals (10 min - any time during this time)
